Sanlorenzo Spain are proud to announce the sale and delivery of a 26.7m Sanlorenzo SX88 to a Sanlorenzo Spain client. She is now the 14th new Sanlorenzo superyacht sold by Sanlorenzo Spain, and their second SX88 unit sold this year, after the announcement of the sale of SX88-35 in March 2019.
The revolutionary 26.7m Sanlorenzo SX88 model is built in GRP with carbon fibre infusion technology and a semi-displacement hull. As the flagship model of the SX range, the SX88 is defined by a ground-breaking crossover concept which blends heritage Sanlorenzo exterior lines with a large 30m2 aft beach club with an integrated crane system, Volvo IPS propulsion, an efficient use of interior volume and the latest nautical innovations. The Sanlorenzo SX88 model was first introduced to the market at Cannes Yachting Festival 2017 and over 20 SX88 units have been sold and delivered since.
As with each Sanlorenzo yacht built since 1958, this Sanlorenzo SX88 was uniquely customised and a high specification was carefully defined with comfortable, luxurious cruising in mind. Equipped with a triple Volvo IPS 1050 800hp engine option, she can achieve a maximum speed of 23 knots.
Her 4 cabin interior layout provides spacious accommodation for up to eight guests on her lower deck divided into a master stateroom, a forward VIP cabin and two twin cabins. This SX88 also features a dining area forward on her main deck, in lieu of the alternative additional saloon option, forward galley option or main deck master stateroom. Many other unique solutions and layout configurations have been carefully selected to cater to her owner’s vision for his next yacht.
The SX88 will be berthed in Ibiza, Spain where she will be cared for by Sanlorenzo Spain’s Service Department, the exclusively authorised Sanlorenzo after-sales and warranty centre for Spain and the Balearic Islands.
