We are proud to announce the launch of the new build 24.6m SL78 yacht ‘BALANCE’ at Sanlorenzo’s Ameglia facility. SL78-696 ‘BALANCE’ was sold to a Sanlorenzo Spain client earlier this year and is scheduled for final delivery to her experienced owner later this month. SL78-686 is the second SL78 scheduled for delivery this summer along with SL78 hull SL78-682 which was also sold by Sanlorenzo Spain in January 2018. Both yachts will cruise to their home berths in Mallorca, Spain for the first time in the coming weeks.
SL78-686 boasts an exacting specification designed for luxurious Mediterranean cruising and is the 14th hull of the highly successful Sanlorenzo SL78 model, which was first introduced to the market at Cannes Yachting Festival 2016. Sanlorenzo has carefully designed the SL78 to adhere to its 'innovation into tradition' philosophy which acts to maintain the heritage styling which allows each Sanlorenzo to be easily identifiable and timeless. As with all Sanlorenzo yachts, each SL78 can be tailored to each owner's exacting customisation requirements, contrasting other 'production style' yachts in this category. Having owned several high-volume production style yachts in the past, in commissioning and tailoring this new yacht to their exacting requirements, her owner has made the transition towards the bespoke design capability for which Sanlorenzo is known.
This new build unit is powered by the more powerful twin 1622 HP - MTU 10V2000M96L engine option, which can achieve a maximum speed of 29 knots. Luxurious accommodation for eight guests is divided into four cabins - her spacious owner’s stateroom is located amidships on her lower deck along with a VIP stateroom, a double cabin and a twin berth cabin. There is additional crew accommodation on board for up to two crew members. As with all SL78 units, the flybridge boasts spacious and uninterrupted relaxation spaces due to the storage of the tender in an innovative aft garage system. A jet tender of up to 3.95m can easily be deployed using an innovative hydraulic launching system. Unparalleled natural light is achieved throughout her interior, including her main deck living area which benefits from optimised bulwarks, allowing sunlight to cascade through large windows and contributing to unhindered panoramas of the surrounding coastline.

The groundbreaking 31.1m SL102 features an innovative asymmetric design whilst drawing on the timeless heritage styling and unique innovations for which the Sanlorenzo SL line is known. The 23.4m Sanlorenzo SX76 model will also be introduced as the latest addition to the crossover SX range. The much awaited premiere of the SX76 model comes exactly a year after the launch of the commercial successful SX88 model at Cannes Yachting Festival 2017.
